All Pawradise meals, grooming products, and wellness items are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality, safety, and freshness for your pet. Because of this, all sales are final.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Or missing an item

Please contact us at info@pawradisepack.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
